Deep inhale. To stand paws, hands forward and set up your hands and knees. As exhaling, push your body back up to your downward facing dog. Sift your weight to the right side and extend your arm forward to the front of the mat. Exhale and go back to a downward facing dog. Rotate to the left.
Inhale, extend your left leg to bring your body in one line. Exhale and continue flow to the floor and make a cobra pose.
Exhale turn your head to the right. Inhale to the center. Exhale to the opposite side. From the center, exhale down relaxing into a child pose.
